In this session we will review the different ways that content can be shared, with a primary emphasis on the Power BI Service. By the end of this session, you'll have familiarity with:

• When to use an app vs. a workspace vs. individual item sharing

• How the two types of individual item sharing work

• When to use read vs. build permissions

• Suggestions and strategies to reduce risk and future maintenance
